Derives from the two words “weave” and “viva”, meaning to weave people for long-lasting connections, friendships, relationships, and more.
Logo
The name “Wiva” was created by mixing the two words “weave” and “viva”, which we tried to emphasize as a social discovery app that pursue not only casual meet-ups but also tight and serious connections that will last a long time. Initially, we started creating numerous logos that was able to capture the two words.

We visualized the platform’s core elements—relationships, events, shared interests, and actions—through an interactive “bubble”-based design. This allowed users to directly configure and choose each element, providing an intuitive experience that naturally guides them toward meaningful and personalized connections.
